We are seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to manage one mid‑sized residential buildings located in  the Upper East Side. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role requiring strong maintenance skills, excellent communication, and  the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a  safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for all residents. Must be able to manage daily tasks independently,  coordinate with contractors, and respond to after‑hours issues when necessary. We are looking to fill this position  promptly.
