Responsibilities: -Preparing surfaces for epoxy application (grinding, cleaning, etc.) -Mixing and applying epoxy resins according to specifications -Installing decorative elements like flakes, quartz, etc. -Inspecting and ensuring the quality of installed floors -Running a crew, good communications and teamwork skills Requirements: - 1-2 years of hands-on experience installing epoxy and resinous floor systems - 1 years of leadership experience (supervisory, project management, or overseeing crews/employees in any department) - Must have a Valid Driver's License - Must be able to lift, bend and stand long periods of time.
