LeafFilter Gutter Protection is currently looking for full time Soffit and Fascia Installation Subcontractors in our Farmington Hills location. This position is responsible for installing gutters/soffit/fascia/wrap on residential homes and some commercial buildings, and to provide an excellent customer experience. Our work is primarily in Livingston County, Oakland County, Detroit, and Downriver (Wayne County). Pay is excellent and very competitive for this kind of work! You don't need experience with gutter protection to qualify for this position; as we will train you in that regard, but you MUST have experience in a construction related field. This position does require a work ethic! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSTALLATION SUBCONTRACTOR: • Remodeling/construction/flooring/painting/siding/roofing experience • Must be comfortable with heights up to 3rd story - Climbing a ladder is required!!! • Professional demeanor and the ability to problem solve • Strong time management and communication skills • Valid driver’s license and a dependable truck or van with the ability to carry extension ladders • Must be able to use phone apps accurately • Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed • Must have ladders and tools • General Liability Insurance (or willingness to get it) • Hunger to make an awesome income doing easy work! Non-profit organization located in Downtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the President in the New York office and will work closely with him on all aspects of his role managing the organization and representing it to the public. This position will require a 3-6 month commitment with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This is an in-person position based at our headquarters in New York City. The staff is in the office at least four days per week.
