P&L Landscaping LLC is looking for a full-time year-round yard associate to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. This person will be required to have a driver’s license and be familiar with driving 1-ton six-wheel trucks while towing a trailer. Equipment experience driving a skid steer and backhoe loader will be needed. Some heavy lifting from time to time may be required. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and have a good driving record. Overview: Maintain, repair and assist in the operation of chairlifts by completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions and performing training to operators. Maintains equipment, parts and supplies inventory and conserves resources by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate equipment, parts and supplies and using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Prepares operational and maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Maintains technical knowledge and continuity. Contributes to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
