Candidate must have their own set of hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidate will work with as part of a team in Nashua, NH. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete work assignments as directed by the Property Manager • Perform various maintenance functions and minor repairs that do not require a license in the following areas: o Painting o Plumbing o Electrical o Appliances o Flooring o Carpentry o HVAC • Shoveling snow • Complete apartment turnovers • Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations • Preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality • Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff. • Join on-call rotation after introductory period. Experience: • Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical, HVAC preferred • Experience plowing snow preferred but not required • Physical Demands: o Lift up to 50 pounds o Climb and work on ladders o Work with arms raised overhead o Stand/walk for long periods of time o Climb stairs o Bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc. Benefits: Competitive health insurance and 401(k) participation offered.
