We have various Entry-Level IT projects available including new desktop hardware deployments(computers, monitors) and corporate office relocation's (disconnect/reconnect of desktop hardware). Each assignment can be a single day event or multiple day projects. Technicians can participate in all available days of a project or just the days of their availability. Weekday, evening and weekend assignments are available. This role is essential for ensuring reliable connectivity, network security, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with enterprise-level networking technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with service desk team. Technical Support & Ticket Management • Monitor, maintain, and support servers, networks, and related infrastructure. • Install, configure, and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking devices. • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, or bandwidth issues. • Implement and manage network security protocols, including VPNs, intrusion prevention, and access controls. • Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management. • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery preparedness for critical network systems. • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures. • Work with vendors and service providers to manage connectivity and troubleshoot issues. • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated networking incidents. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
