Licensed Massage Therapist – KIVA SPA Location: Portland, OR

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 2+ years of experience who is excited to join a team that values both staff and clients. What We’re Looking For * Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon * Strong background in therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques * Familiarity with myofascial release, deep tissue, and sports massage  * A desire be a part of our team * Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and support retention * Enthusiasm for working in a luxury, client-focused environment * Strong communication skills and collaborative, positive attitude * Open to ongoing education and willingness to learn new modalities Compensation & Benefits * Hourly or commission – $75+ * Paid No shows and late cancellations * Paid Spa Trainings * Paid continuing education once a year * Retail commission: 10% * Wholesale pricing: 40% discount for personal product purchase and use * 401k + Health Stipend * Sick pay, up to 40 hours as it is accrued, to use for anything or given as a bonus at year end. * Wholesale pricing: 30% retail inventory * Spa reception team to make your appointments, check clients in and out, laundry, and help in any way. * Flexible schedule- Ability to set your schedule – work as little or as often as you want. * Seasonal massage treatment for yourself! * Appreciation spa day trips and gatherings * Paid Birthday!
