About the Role We are looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of the go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and partner/channel enablement for our Salesforce solution, Pulse. In this role, you’ll bring proven expertise in driving SaaS product growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies for our Salesforce Product “Pulse”, aligning with Madison Ave’s ideal customer profile and growth objectives. Lead product launch readiness, ensuring seamless, packaging, and sales enablement across teams. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive course corrections in real time. Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Product Strategy & Management: Own the roadmap for Pulse, driving product-led growth. Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product requirements. Work with development teams to prioritize features that improve customer experience, profitability, and scalability. Channel & Partner Enablement: Strengthen collaboration with value-added reseller (VAR) and partner networks to expand reach and maximize customer lifetime value. Enable partners through marketing collateral, training, and operational tools that drive adoption and revenue growth. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Product Management, GTM Strategy, Revenue/Commercial Operations, or Channel Enablement (SaaS required, Salesforce strongly  preferred). Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product strategy and/or partner-led channels. Deep understanding of mid-market buyer needs and the levers that drive adoption and retention. Strong forecasting, planning, and execution skills with comfort operating in fast-paced environments. Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer Target Total Compensation: $375,000 - $514,000, including fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $315,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems. Essential Job Functions: • Power Distribution, Signal and Lighting Design • Single line Diagrams and Panel Schedules • Lighting Fixture Selection and Schedules • Lighting Control Diagrams • Title 24 Compliance Calculations • Review shop drawings and specifications • Review, comment and process equipment and system submittals • Visit job sites for field investigations • Voltage drop, load and demand calculations • Coordination with other construction trades and disciplines • Back check of own work for accuracy and completeness before submission to others • Perform coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, process and all electrical trades • Coordinate work with the project specifications or equipment buy-out • Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer • Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors • Perform other duties assigned by Director of Engineering Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering a plus • Minimum 2-Years of experience in electrical systems design a plus • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel • Experience with Revit & Navis Manage a plus • Reasonable knowledge of the NEC as well as building codes and ordinances • Broad knowledge and experience with power and lighting design • Understanding of sustainable design and LEED Documentation a plus • Documents and archives work pursuant the Prime Electric standards
