In this role, you will focus on Kubernetes ecosystem development, optimizing and enhancing the underlying architecture, integrating opensource solutions, and improving Kubernetes cluster capabilities. You will directly contribute to the development of the underlying Kubernetes cluster architecture, driving system performance improvements and scalability enhancements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop Kubernetes functionalities and modules to enhance cluster scalability, performance, and stability. Integrate and develop open-source solutions within the Kubernetes ecosystem to enhance features and build a more robust platform. Provide a more efficient platform for development teams, supporting automation deployment, monitoring, and failure recovery features. Assist development teams in solving technical issues related to Kubernetes' underlying functions and provide development support. Participate in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, including setup, maintenance, scaling, and optimization. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the stable operation of the clusters and assist in solving complex configuration and troubleshooting issues. Design and implement Kubernetes management solutions across multiple cloud platforms, supporting seamless multi-cloud architecture integration. Continuously drive improvements in the cluster architecture, enhance automation, and reduce operational costs. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of Kubernetes development experience, with a solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operational principles, capable of developing and optimizing the underlying technology stack. Extensive experience in Kubernetes cluster development, able to solve deep technical issues related to underlying architecture. Proficiency in containerization technologies (such as Docker, Helm), and experience with integrating and developing open-source tools. Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in underlying system development. Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments and designing crosscloud solutions. Proficient in automation, CI/CD processes, and promoting efficient automated deployment and integration within Kubernetes clusters. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and improve system architecture. Good communication skills, able to collaborate clearly with teams and other departments to drive technical improvements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio) and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) development and integration. Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a plus. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and build the technical architecture for the unified management platform of telecom operator equipment. Develop frameworks, optimize technology, and enhance performance and cost efficiency for one or more of the following business scenarios: Multi-tenant management platforms: Abstract account management models, design network device behavior paradigms, and implement efficient device management and control. Large-scale device data ingestion: Handle and analyze massive volumes of telecom network device data. Optimize existing project architectures, improve performance, and refactor codebases. Monitor services effectively, troubleshoot high-traffic and complex production issues, and ensure system stability and availability. Contribute to team development by participating in discussions on workflow, coding/testing standards, and best practices. Mentor and guide engineers, helping to enhance the overall technical strength of the team. Requirements Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Work Experience 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, distributed systems, database systems, or related fields. Extensive experience in designing and implementing architectures for large-scale internet platforms or enterprise systems. Professional Skills Development Skills: Strong foundation in Java, with deep understanding of JVM internals. Hands-on experience with core middleware technologies such as Redis, Kafka, and gRPC. Proficiency in frameworks and technologies like SpringMVC, Netty, Spring Cloud, and Service Mesh. Expertise in design patterns, strong coding best practices, and excellent documentation skills. Database Knowledge Familiarity with the design and development of mainstream relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB. Distributed Architecture Expertise Proficient in common distributed architecture patterns and capable of proposing effective solutions for various business scenarios. Concurrency & Performance Optimization Expertise in transaction concurrency control and extensive experience in performance tuning (e.g., OS I/O optimization, network optimization). Ability to design locking mechanisms and address read/write amplification issues in high-concurrency environments. Additional Skills (Preferred, but not Required) Experience in designing and implementing architectures on public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience in large-scale data processing.
