Description

We’re a small animal “family medicine” style clinic looking to replace one of our two full time assistant positions. We keep a slower pace than many practices, gentle handling of patients and work-life balance are priorities here. Job duties include customer service, assisting the doctor with patient interactions, administrative tasks, and facilities care. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5 (1 hour lunch) and Fri 8-12. Experience is appreciated but it’s more important for our little team to fit well together so we’re happy to teach the right person the ropes. Please email resume and references through the ad only; we’re short handed and fielding calls or visits will be difficult and taken as a clear indication you’re not great at following simple instructions. We will begin returning emails AFTER 10/23/25.
