





Position Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for executing menu items according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook menu items to order in a timely and consistent manner • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen area • Assist with inventory, prep work, and daily cleaning tasks • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, knife skills, and cooking techniques • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure • Team player with excellent communication and time management skills
