We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our sign shop in New York. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a print shop, sign shop, or event agency and will be skilled at managing projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of signage projects, from client communication to final installation. Coordinate with designers, production staff, and installers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors when needed. Handle permitting, scheduling, and logistics for projects across New York. Provide quality control at every stage of production and installation. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within a print shop, sign shop, or event agency. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Familiarity with signage materials, production processes, and installation methods. Ability to manage tight deadlines and rush orders. Graphic design skills are a plus.
