Do you love working with kids and care about helping them succeed on an educational and personal level? We are a local and independent tutoring company that has been tutoring students in the Seattle area for over twenty years. We are looking to hire a math, writing and language arts, executive functioning, and/or test prep tutor to work with school-age students ages 9-18 in the North Seattle area in person at a convenient location for you. Most of our clients are located in North Seattle. You must have an undergraduate degree, a minimum of one to two years of experience teaching or tutoring children, a passion for the subject matter and teaching, and be reliable. Strong test scores or a graduate degree are an additional plus. Flexible hours are available from 3pm-9pm Monday through Friday and/or Saturday or Sunday during the school year, depending on your scheduling needs. Tutors can typically expect between two and ten hours of tutoring per week. This position would start immediately pursuant to a successful background check and references provided. Hospitality staff are responsible for the general operations of office pantries and the staff dining room that serves 400 + staff on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Keep the pantries, shelves, refrigerator, and floors thoroughly clean, dusted, and organized.
