ShareYou will be a sales advisor on my sales team for real estate liquidation company. We are looking for extensive growth and looking to become one of the biggest real estate firms in Cleveland. If you are someone looking at getting into real estate investing, then this is the place for you. Everyone on the team has invested in real estate in some degree, and so this is a great place to get with people and live in an environment where you will be trained and influenced in that direction. As a sales advisor, you will be given monitor, a desk, office phone, warm leads, a script, and training. You will be simply asked to call the warm leads (who have already expressed interest in selling their homes) send them a purchase agreement and ask them to sign it. You will verify their contact information is correct and guide them through the sales process until they close on their house. We aim to make closings happen between 10 to 30 days. Compensation will be purely commission. The schedule is flexible, though. I currently am working another job to pay the bills until I get a consistent cash flow, so you can do the same. You will typically call 50 leads a day. Typically, five of those will sign a contract and typically at least one of those will end up closing. So, in thirty days we are confident you should be making a good steady stream of income.
