Review and work insurance denials to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Handle non-SNF (skilled nursing facility) client billing using Telcor and EPIC systems. Maintain accurate documentation and support overall billing and collections processes. What It Takes to be Successful Required: 1-3 years experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role. 1-3 years of finance in a healthcare setting. Preferred: Previous experience in medical/insurance collections.
