Position Overview (Route is in NYC, Loading is in Bedford Hills): We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Direct Service Distributor (Outside Sales Rep) to take over an existing, well-established sales route with 100+ active accounts. The route currently generates over $50,000 in monthly sales, offering significant earning potential through our commission structure. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role, visiting accounts daily, building relationships, merchandising, introducing new products, and ensuring stock levels are optimized. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow an existing route of 700+ active retail accounts Conduct daily in-person visits to stores and resellers Sell and distribute Jubi Branded products, introduce new SKUs, and manage reorders Merchandize product displays to maximize visibility and sell-through Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer needs Act as a brand ambassador and key point of contact for clients Report activity, feedback, and insights to the management team What We Provide: A fully established, high-performing sales route Weekly base pay of $1,000 + 2.5% commission on gross sales Company vehicle and all work-related expenses (fuel, tolls, etc.) covered Onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales support Long-term growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company What We’re Looking For: Proven outside sales experience (CPG, beverage, tobacco, vape, or similar industry preferred) Self-starter with strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage a large account base and work independently Professional, dependable, and goal-driven Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Ready to Hit the Road with Jubi?
