Hey All, We are looking for roomies to fill several rooms in our large, quiet and calm apartment (1st floor). There is ample street parking if you have a car and a 2 minute walk to Rockaway Ave A/C stop. It takes me a little over 30 to get to the Lower East Side. A little about the spaces available: -one loft style room with a private bath and private backyard access (only entrance to the backyard so you decide who goes. Great for someone who wants their own backyard). -HUGE loft room with private bath -HUGE private studio style loft with private entrance and bathroom (shared kitchen) we will figure out cost based on total apartment cost but right now we have the rooms between 1375 - 1675. please reach out to me via email and include the following info: When are you looking at moving in?
