We’re offering a 1-month sublet for 1 bedroom in our 4 bedroom apartment, The details: - Just one block from the B/Q trains and under 10 minutes to Prospect Park. - Private, spacious bedroom (197 sq ft) with an en suite shared bathroom (shared with one roommate) - Lively area with grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right nearby - We’re three full-time working women, chill and respectful, looking for someone clean and communicative to sublet for the month. - Washer and dryer in the building Note: The room will be unfurnished, though the photos show it furnished (the shelves and TV will remain).
