About the Apartment: - Rent: $1105/month through 2025 (rent-stabilized; increases slightly to $1145 in Feb 2026) - Utilities: Your half typically runs around $60/month - Heat and AC unit included - Unfurnished, though it comes with a full size bed and possibly a dresser - 4th floor walk-up - Month-to-month lease, but I’m hoping to find someone long-term (most past roommates have stayed over a year) Location: - 2 avenues from the B/Q at Prospect Park - 3 blocks from the 2/5 at Sterling Street - Short walk to Prospect Park The Room: - Photos were taken the last time the room was totally vacant (I've also included some from a previous tenant for reference) - Gets great natural light and has room for a full-size bed, desk, and bedside table About Me: I'm a 42-year-old male videographer with a mostly 9–5 schedule.
