Hi, I like to catch carp. Because they're sort of an invasive species, there is no bag limit on them, and I often harvest them. The problem is that most people I know don't like to eat them because they're kinda bony and not as tasty as trout or salmon. My freezer is already pretty full of them. However, I still like to catch them, and harvesting them is good for the environment. I have attached several example pictures; they can be quite large and thus provide much meat. If any of you want free carp, I'd be more than happy to give my catches to you. I usually fish on the weekends, so that's sorta when I'd be giving you the fish. Their organs will be cleaned out, and I will do my best to remove as many scales as possible, but their heads/tail/fins would still be on there (since I just clean and descale them in the field as I catch them). My phone number is show contact info if you would like to text, or just respond to this post. I'm in Denver, but I fish up north by Longmont so anywhere sorta near those areas would be best.
