Lost male Chihuahua (Roosevelt)

Lost male Chihuahua, about two years old. Light Brown. The dog has his biological brother here that really misses him. We really want our dog back. Please help. On the Fourth of July about 10-10:30pm, our front door was open, and the dog went outside without our knowledge; my neighbor said that our dog was hit by a car; and the person got out of the car and picked the dog up and drove off. We really want our dog back and we want to get him medical treatment. We have had him since a puppy. We are heart broken.
