German Shepherd

My 4yo sheltie, Simone, ran away this morning from 350 5Th Ave Ste 4610 . Last seen, she was running down E. Shore Trail toward the center of town. She is about 21 lbs. and was never loose. I tried to get her, but she didn't come to me and just kept walking away. Also, she is very skittish and hard to get. Don't chase her, she'll run. If you see her, please let me know. If you can capture her somehow even better. Animal control and the police are aware. S
