Required Technical Skills: 1+ years of IT experience Experience supporting desktop, laptops, servers and printers Experience with Microsoft, Mac, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Cisco, Linux/Unix are preferred Working knowledge of: Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 365, hardware installation, troubleshooting Proficiency with iPhones, iPad, Android and other mobile devices,Mac and Mac OS knowledge is a plus Ability to address network printer issues and solutions Technical understanding of network protocols and services including: TCP/IP, DHCP Experience with MSP tools such as N-ABLE, ServiceDesk, Autotask, and Connectwise is a major plus Please submit salary requirements.
