This is a hands-on role that combines remote support with on-site visits—mostly in Manhattan. You’ll be part of a small, experienced team managing networks, servers, and cloud systems across multiple clients. We offer a hybrid schedule with a mix of work-from-home and on-site client support. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, curious, good with people, and has enough technical chops to get into the code and the data. You could be a great fit if: - You enjoy talking with customers and figuring out what they actually need — not just what they say. - You’re comfortable doing some light manual labor (e.g., helping survey a floor, walking through a house, talking with homeowners, taking photos, putting together a report on site).
