Catering Cook – Full-Time & Part-Time Russo’s Hospitality Group – Queens, NY About the Job: Russo’s Hospitality Group is hiring full-time and part-time Catering Cooks to join our kitchen team. We're looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a catering or restaurant setting. Experience with Italian cuisine is a big plus. You should be comfortable working in a busy kitchen and pay attention to detail. What You’ll Do: *Prepare and cook food based on recipes and kitchen standards *Make sure food looks and tastes great before it goes out *Keep your work area clean and organized *Follow all food safety and sanitation rules *Work well with the rest of the kitchen team What We’re Looking For: *At least 2 years of kitchen experience *Good cooking skills and knowledge of food handling *Able to work quickly and stay organized *Team player with good communication *Must speak English; Spanish is a plus *Able to stand for long hours and use stairs during shifts Pay & Schedule: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience Paid time off (per NYS guidelines) Must be available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays Location: Must be able to commute to Queens, NY, or plan to relocate before starting.
