We are looking for amazing budtenders. We are looking for budtenders who are reliable, and who have a passion for cannabis and sharing it with others in a meaningful way. We are looking for people who smile, make eye contact, and learn customer's names. We are looking for people who understand that this is both a sales role and a customer service role. We are looking for budtenders who have management experience/potential who can be fast-tracked to a manager role (which would of course coincide with pay increase). We put a strong emphasis on community, integrity, cannabis knowledge, and especially positive and; meaningful interactions with our customers. We are a grassroots California based group who operates 4 dispensaries in Los Angeles. We have recently won licenses in Minnesota and are excited to expand into the Minnesota market.
