🚐 VAN & BOX TRUCK OWNER-OPERATORS WANTED – NYC BEVERAGE ROUTES (STATEN ISLAND BASED) Giant Beverage is a fast-growing distributor based in Staten Island, NY, delivering to stores, restaurants, and schools across the 5 boroughs and New Jersey. We’re hiring motivated owner-operators with cargo vans, minivans, or 15-ft+ box trucks who are ready to hustle and get paid weekly. 💰 PAY STRUCTURE – NO GAMES, STRAIGHT PAY: $0.85 per case delivered on Staten Island routes $1.00 per case delivered in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and NJ $1.25 per case if your route includes Manhattan $0.50 per case for pickups Mileage Pay: $2.25 per mile – Box trucks (15 ft or larger) $1.75 per mile – Vans $1.00 per mile – Minivans Tolls reimbursed Most drivers earn $250–$400+ per day Paid weekly every Friday (check or direct deposit) 1099 independent contractor position – NO CASH PAYOUTS 🧰 WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK: A cargo van, minivan, or box truck (15 ft or larger) – No rentals Your own hand truck – REQUIRED We do not provide hand trucks. You are responsible for securing and replacing your own equipment. Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance Physically able to handle beverage cases (some basement or stair deliveries) Basic English to communicate with dispatch and customers Willingness to collect cash and checks when required 📦 WHAT YOU DO: Start each day at our Staten Island warehouse Deliver to convenience stores, grocery markets, restaurants, and schools Routes span Staten Island, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and NJ Some routes include vendor pickups Return collected cash/checks at the end of your shift 🚫 DRIVER POLICIES YOU NEED TO KNOW: No Salaried Stand-Ins Owner-operators must run their own routes unless their driver is paid on commission or incentivized to return for more work. We reward effort and accountability — no dragging your feet. Damaged Cases Are Driver’s Responsibility If you break it, you pay for it. Every case matters — to our bottom line and to our customers.
