SUMMARY: A retail bookseller's primary responsibility is to effectively satisfy each customer's needs with an excellent level of customer relations skills, product knowledge and teamwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service ; Presentation * Acknowledge arriving and departing customers.
