Parts Specialist, Counter Sales (Commerce City)

We have a full-time sales position available in a kids clothing store. Located in the 5 Towns, right next to the LIRR. Some responsibilities are: 1. Unloading product onto shelves. 2. Keeping shelves neat. 3. Helping customers choose items they would like. 4. Checking out customers using a Point of Sale software. 5. Checking in returns from customers. 6. Packing orders that come in online. 7. Approx 40 hours a week. 8. Sunday-Friday with one day off a week most of the year. 9. Must be fluent in English. 10. Must be legally allowed to work in the US. Getaway Adventures/Wine Country Bikes is looking for a bicycle mechanic to join our award winning tour company! We prefer experience but are willing to train the right person. Duties include repairing bikes, building bikes, keeping our fleet of bikes in good working order before and after they go out on tour and as rentals. Flourish, Sonoma County's favorite houseplant and gift shop, is hiring! Do you love plants and want to learn more about them? Are you friendly, outgoing, and good with people (this is the most important part!)? Are you great at muti-tasking and prioritizing your time at work? Then you might be a great fit for Flourish! Priority will be given to people who already have some knowledge of the names and care details for common houseplants. However, we will train you on everything you need to know to answer dozens of plant questions every day during your shift! We are hiring for multiple shifts including some weekend shifts. Our starting wage is $18/hour and all employees begin accruing paid vacation time after 3 months of employment, plus a generous employee discount.
