Hello! I am looking for someone to share my studio in Gowanus Brooklyn. Approximately 120 sq ft of 324 sq ft space is available. Rent is $525. There is large wall space on three sides and very large window. Nice lighting. All utilities and heat / AC included. Slop sink. Freight elevator.This is in a building with other artist Studios and small businesses . Courtyard of building is in front of Gowanus canal. Near Whole foods. 24 hour access.
