Yeah, we're over 60. Yeah, we are only average guitar players. Yeah, we even try to sing. Wanna join us? We throw the chords and lyrics up on a big-screen computer monitor and bang out songs from the 50's, 60's and 70's. Occasionally some newer songs, too. The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, John Denver, Elvis Presley, The Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens, America, The Eagles, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones, Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills and Nash, Neil Young, Bob Dylan... Can you play five or six chords? Do you own a guitar, or even a ukulele? Then you may join us! We meet at 12:15 PM each Tuesday at the Kenmore Senior Center at Rhododendron Park, 6910 NE 170th St. in Kenmore. Ends at 3PM, but you can leave whenever you like. Best of all, it's free!
