Full-Time General Manager – Bar & Grill ( New Rochelle)

We’re hiring a full-time General Manager for a busy neighborhood bar and grill located in the Westchester County ( New Rochelle). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take full charge of operations, grow the business, and manage a team — with minimal oversight from ownership. 💼 Responsibilities: • Oversee daily bar and kitchen operations • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control • Ensure excellent customer service and cleanliness • Plan and promote events (e.g. theme nights, holiday parties, live music, game nights) • Boost business through community outreach and social media efforts • Handle daily cash flow, payroll coordination, and basic reporting • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations ✅ Requirements: • 3–5+ years of bar/restaurant management experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience planning events and creating a welcoming customer environment • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for day-to-day operations • Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality • Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends 💲 Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year (based on experience) plus Bonuses 📍 Location: New Rochelle 📩 To Apply: Please reply to this post via email with your resume, availability, and a brief note about your background.
