We combine evidence-based executive functioning strategies with culturally responsive, real-life coaching. We serve clients in both virtual and in-person settings across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Our hybrid model allows you to work with students and families where they need it most—at home, in school, or online. Who You’ll Support You’ll provide coaching to a wide range of neurodiverse clients, including: Elementary school students learning to build structure and routine Middle schoolers navigating growing academic and social expectations High school students preparing for independence and college transitions Parents and families seeking support systems at home Adults and professionals looking to master organization, planning, and focus You’ll use coaching strategies to help them develop real-world skills like time management, task initiation, organization, emotional regulation, and goal setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 hybrid coaching sessions (some virtual, some in-person in DMV) Design individualized support plans tailored to each client’s age and goals Implement executive functioning strategies across home, school, and life contexts Collaborate with families, educators, or other care team members Maintain session notes and brief progress updates Participate in regular team check-ins and optional professional development What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals (especially school-aged children and teens) Background in education, coaching, psychology, special education, counseling, or related fields Deep understanding of executive function challenges and ADHD Skilled communicator who can build rapport across ages and backgrounds Must be organized, dependable, and self-directed Comfortable with hybrid service delivery and commuting locally in the DMV Must be able to pass a background check prior to client engagement Preferred Qualifications Executive Function or ADHD Coaching Certification (ADDCA, JST, IACT, etc.) Classroom, IEP, or school counseling experience Experience with family coaching or parent communication Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Notion, Google Workspace Why Join Us Be part of a startup building something meaningful—from the ground up Flexible hybrid work model (you choose your schedule) Culture of inclusion, autonomy, and support Consistent client referrals—no need to market yourself Opportunities to influence the direction of our services and company culture Apply Today & Help Redefine ADHD Support To apply, send your resume, a brief cover letter outlining your experience, and two professional references.
