Full Time Receptionist Wanted for a Real Estate Brokerage Office Duties: • Greets and Assists clients • Answers Multiple phone lines, takes messages, forwards calls. • Provides general information • Orders office supplies, distributes mail • Scanning, copying, filing, faxing documents • Receives payments from clients • Able to input listings on Craigslist, Zillow etc. • Assists with property management administrative duties • Helps to maintain cleanliness of office/kitchen area Qualifications required: • Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Neat and organized, Quick Learner • Dependable, Punctual, must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times • Excellent Customer Service with a pleasant personality • Team Player with flexible attitude and great communication skills • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as multitask • Real Estate License not required • Previous customer service experience is preferred. • Must know Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Full Time Wanted Weekdays 8am-5pm Benefits include 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Drug, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.
