Are you an organized and proactive administrative professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Our growing glass company is seeking a Hybrid Administrative Assistant to manage the administrative side of our business. This is a unique chance to work both remotely and from our home office in Hayward, CA. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling essential tasks such as: Coordinating communications (emails, calls, etc.) Sorting and distributing mail Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files Assisting with invoicing and paying bills Ordering glazing materials and managing vendor relationships Providing direct support to the CEO in day-to-day tasks Supporting various administrative projects as needed We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Spreadsheets) An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a home office environment Experienced in administrative support (prior experience in a small business or similar industry is a plus!) This is a part-time position, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 16 hours per week. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in our Hayward home office approximately half the time, with the other half working remotely.
