Hey there! I am leaving Boston and looking for someone to take my room in a lovely Somerville 3 bed/2 bath, living with two roommates. The location of the apartment is AMAZING, it is located directly overlooking Lincoln Park (tons of green space) which is midway between Union and Inman Squares. The walker rating of the apartment is a 95 - tons of restaurants, shopping and bars all within a short walking distance. The apartment also has a big back yard with patio grilling area, a back porch and front porch perfect for both morning and evening sun. We also have an additional room which we use as a shared office/guest bedroom which has as access to the back porch. All of the common areas are furnished with nice furniture and artwork and we keep the apartment tidy. My room will be available 15 Oct onwards. There may be an option to keep some of the furniture in my room - we can discuss. The room is open to someone of any identity and background. We are considerate of each other's schedules. We are looking to find a respectful and clean person, but who is also down to watch the occasional movie or have a beer or dinner.
