Your Mission: • Tackle our most challenging installations and service calls for high-end residential and commercial projects (new construction and remodels). • Serve as the on-site technical expert and primary point of contact for Project Managers. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues that others can't. • Train and mentor junior and lead-level technicians, elevating the entire team's skill set. • Oversee project efficiency, vehicle inventory, and on-site resource management. You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have: • 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience in low-voltage systems (A/V, Security, Networking, Access Control). • Mastery of system programming, configuration, and calibration. • Expert knowledge of LV cable types, termination methods, and advanced troubleshooting. • A history of successfully leading crews and managing project timelines. • All required WECA and industry certifications. • The physical capability to handle all job demands and lead by example. • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
