Customer Service Plumbing/HVAC

Job Description: We provide the finest plumbing service in the Capital district. We are a 4.9 Google rated 100 year old company in downtown Albany and growing in skilled trades. Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing the office of the plumbing division including scheduling, invoicing, estimating, handling phone calls and all aspects of customer service. Qualifications: - 5 years minimum of dispatch in plumbing, HVAC or skilled trades - High School graduate or Equivalent required - Proficient in scheduling, invoicing, estimates and related software - Great with customers and closing sales. - Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong personality and experience in working with technicians. - Excellent phone skills Schedule : Monday - Friday 8AM-4 PM Applying Send resume only if you have the above qualifications and experience with plumbing.
