Dedicated FedEx Team Driver (Reno, NV). 100% no touch freight, all drop and hook. Never bump a dock. At JAK Logistics, we are seeking a full time professional Class A team with doubles endorsements for our dedicated Portland team run. No codriver, no problem. We will pair you with an experienced codriver. However, a ready made team is strongly preferred. You will then run Reno to Portland and back starting between 11 PM Sunday and Monday 2 AM for five loops returning Friday night. This schedule may rotate days dependent on HOS and timing of freight demands. Some chaining will be required when severe weather or restrictions are in play. Alternate routes may be available. We pay for chaining. This is not a local position, this is a TEAM position. No owner operators. Driver must have minimum one year of tractor trailer experience within the last three years or three years of driving experience within the last five years. Driver must be tech savvy enough to complete monthly online training, a pre, en-route, and post trip inspection process with a company app, and the new hire onboarding process, which can all be done from any smartphone. More details: Your truck is a 12 speed automatic 2026 Freightliner with a DD15 engine, refrigerator, microwave, and power inverter. We have a Ryder maintenance program so our fleet stays maintained. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review. • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel within a near geography for training are required. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
