Our team is guided by six core values: Trust, Integrity, Compassion, Humility, Motivation, and Quality. Position Summary: Weâre hiring a Saw Operator to join our fabrication shop. This hands-on role involves operating saws and handling raw materials to ensure our steel components are cut with accuracy and care. If youâre dependable, safety-minded, and ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you. What Youâll Do: Operate band saws, chop saws, or circular saws to cut steel and other materials to precise dimensions Adjust machine settings for blade speed, cutting depth, and feed rate as needed Load and position raw materials using hoists or forklifts (training provided if needed) Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy and quality Perform routine maintenance such as changing blades, cleaning equipment, and reporting malfunctions Follow all shop safety protocols and wear proper PPE What Weâre Looking For: Ability to read tape measures, shop drawings, or cut lists Comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for long periods Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team Schedule: MondayâThursday 6:00 AM â 4:30 PM Overtime may be available Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience 100% employer-paid health and life insurance (for employee) Dental and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Employee discounts and referral bonuses To Apply: Apply in person at: 1605 Pittman Avenue, Sparks, NV
