Production Lead (Issaquah)

We are a document management company that has been in business for over 31 years - and we are seeking a Production Lead to join our team. This position will oversee client projects and the activities of a team of production workers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel • Place production orders from customers • Be able to troubleshoot basic computer, software, and equipment (scanner) issues • Ability to work with and review large and small databases to verify image quality and proper naming/indexing • Monitor and prioritize projects based on feedback/direction from sales • Coordinate and direct company driver’s daily/weekly pick-ups from clients Qualifications: • Previous experience in production, data/document management, or other related fields • A "can do" positive mindset and the ability to figure things out is a must • A strong orientation toward excellent customer service • Knowledge of the data capture/scanning industry would be strongly preferred, but not required • Strong leadership qualities • Ability to follow an established process for consistency and accuracy - while also having the ability and desire to recognize and improve processes where possible (and document those changes) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task, and the flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment Additional Information: • Shift Options: 7am-3pm, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 5pm • Pay will be hourly (nonexempt) • Flexible/casual work environment/culture • Paid holidays, PTO, group medical, and 401k retirement available
