Level 2 Systems Engineer

TPA Services is a leading Technology Provider and IT organization that has provided 20 years of IT support. Our company provides a range of IT services, and technologies that solve critical problems for clients. We are looking for a full-time Level 2 Systems Engineer. Job requires on-site presence, no remote work. REQUIREMENTS: 1. 5+ years’ experience administering Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure in virtual and physical environments. 2. Knowledge in core Microsoft products (DC, AD, DNS, WSUS, SCCM) 3. Experience managing Microsoft Entra. 4. Proficiency in administering Active Directory preferably in a multi domain and OU environment. 5. Proficiency managing Group Policies to implement and enforce standards. 6. Experience with PowerShell or other scripting language to aid in administration of duties. 7. Experience with Office 365 administration 8. Experience with networking such as Sonicwall, pfSense, Sophos Firewalls, and VPN 9. Strong comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) 10. Experience with MSP tools such as Connectwise, Bitdefender, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. You will provide courteous and professional English verbal and written skills to our clients 2. Multi-task while prioritizing service requests 3. You will diagnose and resolve Level 3 IT problems quickly and correctly 4. You will document of your tasks in our ticketing system 5. You will manage our clients network and technical infrastructures 6. You will maintain a technical knowledge of the company's technology offerings 7.
