Massage Therapist (Seatac)

Position: Full-Time Routesetter Pay Scale: $26 – $30/hour, depending on experience Benefits: PTO, Employer-Subsidized Health Care, Access to California Gold Ski Pass, Access to Industry Pro Deals, Gym Membership Location: Truckee, California/Incline Village, Nevada The Position: At High Altitude Fitness we are dedicated to our mission of creating healthier and happier lives through fitness, climbing, and all-around wellness for our mountain community. Our rouesetting team strives to meet the needs of our gym members where they are, while also providing them with avenues to grow and develop as climbers. Routesetters at High Altitude Fitness are responsible for setting/forerunning boulders four days a week between the Truckee and Incline Village Facilities in the Lake Tahoe area, along with hold washing/wall maintenance and other routesetting related tasks. We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented setter who communicates well, gives/receives feedback in a positive, professional manner, and who is psyched to live in the climbing/skiing/outdoor mecca that is Lake Tahoe! Ideal Qualifications: • Significant commercial routesetting experience (2-3+ years preferred). • Comfort working at height with a strong knowledge of work at height systems. • Ability to consistently forerun V7/5.13. • USAC Level 1 or higher certification. • A growth mindset and desire for self-improvement.
