You'll work closely with project managers, clients, and our crew to design, install, and service cutting-edge tech systems with confidence, creativity, and accountability. ✅ Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor install teams on job sites Install and configure: home theater systems, whole-house audio, lighting control, security cameras, and structured cabling Troubleshoot wired and wireless networks (including port forwarding, IP schemes, DHCP issues) Interpret floor plans and rack/system designs Program and configure interfaces (Sonos, URC, MusicCast, Lutron, etc.) Document systems and installations clearly Ensure system reliability, client satisfaction, and job site professionalism 🧠 You’re a Fit If You
