The compensation range listed above consists of 5 steps with a 5% increase between each step. Offers of employment are generally made at the first step in each range, but a higher starting step may be considered based on the successful candidates’ qualifications. New hires are eligible for a pay increase upon completion of the 6-month introductory period and every year following, up to the top of the range. Compensation includes a generous benefits package; additional details are available in the application packet. HASLO operates on a 9/80 work schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and every other Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (office is closed alternate Fridays); however, some schedules may vary based on the needs of the assigned department.
