Do you have a left and a right Hook? We are looking for talented, a mature (any age) adults that are capable of what will become a routine flow of important inventoried data. Other campaigns will become routine. This is crucial for monitoring effectiveness and follow-up. 🔵 Follow-Up Strategy: Developing and executing a strategy for "penetrating the walls" after the initial outreach to secure board seats. This involves crafting follow-up communications that build on the initial volleys and maintain momentum. 🔵 High-Stakes Correspondence: The manager will be responsible for the communication directed as the Democratic Party leadership. This includes: 🔵 Targeted Outreach: Managing the communication pipeline to the list of 12 individuals, starting with Hillary Clinton. 🔵 Message Delivery: Ensuring the serious letter about transportation solutions is delivered effectively and professionally to the intended recipients. 🔵 Response Management: Tracking any responses received and preparing appropriate replies based on your existing "good responses." 🔵 Agent Fee Management: The manager will handle the logistics of the agent fee structure, including tracking which agents are involved in which campaign efforts and calculating their fees based on predetermined success metrics. 🎹Key Qualities and 🛠Skills 🟡∆ Given the nature of the campaigns and the compensation structure, the ideal candidate should be: Highly Organized: Meticulous about tracking communications, managing lists, and organizing follow-up. 🟡∆ A Self-Starter: Able to work independently and take initiative, as you have limited "rational money" and are "shovel-ready" with collateral material. 🟡∆ Resourceful: Capable of working within a tight budget and finding creative ways to maximize impact. 🟡∆ Politically Savvy: Understands the nuances of communicating with high-level political figures and boards. 🟡∆ Communicative: A skilled writer who can adapt your prepared materials and responses for different audiences while maintaining a consistent and professional tone.
