We’re currently looking for Kiosk Managers for our Sudbury, MA and Westford, MA restaurant kiosks within Whole Foods. The Kiosk Manager position is an entry role into leadership at Clover. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of Clover and has some experience with food or managing a team. You will help build a team and lead them to make deliciously memorable food that will be the center of cuisine in your area. Duties
All Kiosk Managers are required to:
Lead a shift during a part of the day when the General Manager is or is not present
Attend Assistant Manager training classes
Work closely with Team Members to provide the best possible service to guests
Assist with recruitment, orientation, training and development of all in-store employees
Successfully promote Clover through positive customer experience
Assist with the management of promotions to help grow store sales and customer base

Assist in monitoring operations and carrying out corrective actions

The Vice President of Operations will manage the operations of all clinics and service areas in the region with the potential to support additional areas in the future. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be at the forefront of helping us grow and successfully operate our clinics.
What You’ll Do
Conduct business operations in alignment with mission, vision, and core values
Manage overall operations with an effective business strategy
Oversee all performance, strategic growth, regulatory compliance/licensing, and insurance accreditation needs of clinics in the region
Develop and manage the achievement objectives for each clinic with regard to operations, finance, clinical matters, and strategic growth of services
Review and manage operating metrics and KPIs established for the region and individual centers, including recruitment, new client intake, scheduled treatment hours, billable hours for clinicians, and other measures
Review missed services reports and work with clinic Executive Directors to manage variance from scheduled hours
Make robust, data-driven decisions that elevate financial and operational performance
Coordinate leadership training for Executive Directors
Collaborate with Clinical Directors and our Training & Professional Development department to monitor clinical quality metrics, schedule training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness
Convene regularly scheduled one-on-one and Executive Director team meetings to develop, communicate, and implement growth strategies
Coordinate with functional departments (Clinical, Admissions, Marketing, IT, HR, Training, and Billing) to ensure that management teams in the region are properly supported and that the regional teams are providing critical information and deliverables back to the functional resource groups

What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for an exceptional, proactive, empathetic, and driven individual who’s ready to drive exceptional relationships with our Runna ambassadors in the United States. We have built an incredible community of influencers, creators and public figures who storytell their journey training with Runna and inspire their audiences to give Runna a go! You will play a pivotal role in helping us continue to grow & evolve our industry-leading ambassador program by sourcing, pricing, pitching, winning and managing incredible new Runna Ambassadors.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience building strong relationships, who can take a leading role in ensuring our ambassador partners LOVE working with us.
As an Ambassador Manager, your role will include:
Sourcing new US Ambassadors (40%): You’ll work closely with Tenika, our US Ambassador Lead, to source new US ambassadors who will train with Runna for their training goals and expertly showcase the value of the app to their audience. This will include driving initial conversations, building compelling commercial proposals and showing them the value of partnering with Runna.
Owning the relationships (50%): We want Ambassadors to love working with Runna because they love working with you! You’ll end-to-end manage relationships with the Ambassadors you source, ensuring we’re building strong, empathetic, long-term relationships. This will be a blend of remote and in-person management (e.g. coffees, runs). This will include managing the relationship, supporting with payments, building engaging content plans, ensuring they are getting the most out of their training, negotiating renewals,, and creating exciting opportunities for them to engage with the brand (e.g. race trips).
Supporting US race trip & event activations (10%): Supporting the Ambassador, Partnerships and Events teams to host incredible activations for our Ambassadors and Runna customers. This could include Ambassador race trips, marathon major race weekend activations, run clubs and events for Ambassador’s communities.
What Success Looks Like In This Role :
Grow the number of conversions coming from US Ambassadors by signing amazing new Ambassadors that fit our ICP and inspire their audiences to train with Runna
Maintain CAC targets by building compelling commercial deals
Build strong, empathetic, long-term relationships with US Ambassadors
Drive amazing, high-quality content from US Ambassadors that represents the Runna brand incredibly and inspires their audiences to give Runna a go.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our fast-growing team in Boston, MA. This field-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, leading by example, and ensuring every property meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead Property Turnovers: Oversee the full apartment preparation process—from coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams to conducting detailed inspections before guest check-ins.
Own Onsite Readiness: Assemble furniture, troubleshoot WiFi and tech setups, and carry out small repairs to ensure every apartment meets our standards before move-in.
Field Coordination & Team Supervision: Act as the go-to person in the field, managing relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Perform Quality Control: Conduct thorough property inspections using mobile checklists, flag issues, and ensure that every space meets our cleanliness, functionality, and design expectations.
Hands-On Support: Step in to help with urgent needs—whether that’s swapping out furniture, fixing appliances, delivering essentials, or solving guest lockouts.
Drive Efficiency: Manage and maintain our corporate vans and inventory stock, ensuring supplies and tools are always available and organized.
Each day begins at the office, where you pick up your equipped "Pit Stop Van" before heading out into the city. Your tasks are clearly scheduled, ensuring efficiency as you complete 3–4 full unit turns. Upon arriving at each unit, you conduct a detailed inspection, addressing any maintenance needs, assisting with some housekeeping alongside the cleaning team, and preparing the space for the next guest. Whether troubleshooting appliances, replacing keys, or refreshing paint, every step ensures the unit meets high-quality standards. Once the first unit is ready, you drive to the next property and repeat the process, adapting to each location’s unique needs. Throughout the day, you coordinate logistics, problem-solve on-site challenges, and maintain a smooth workflow. Finally, after completing all scheduled turns, you return the van to the office, wrapping up a productive day of ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role—ideally in field ops, facilities, hospitality, or housekeeping
Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
Physically capable of lifting 30Ibs and being active for most of the workday
Tech-savvy—familiar with tools like Slack, G Suite, and mobile apps
