What We’re Looking For * Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Duties and Responsibilities: *Able to assist in areas that the Program Director/Manager sees a need for support *Assist with implementation of day-to-day operations and schedule *Participation in all aspects of the daily program (activities, meals, outings, cleanliness, and organization of site, etc.) *Assist with implementation of program flow, topics, therapeutic activities *Guest care plan implementation *Guest check-in/check-out *Provide guest ADL/IADL assistance and medication management as needed *Guest health and wellness monitoring *Ensure safety of guests and staff, emergency plans and standard operating procedures *Follow all facility standard operating procedures and applicable laws and regulations *Short notice shift substitution Qualifications: *Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a state approved training program *Dementia related behavior and care experience *Knowledge of the requirements for providing supervision and care appropriate to our guests *Possess Elder-Well Core Values: Empathy and compassion, Honesty and integrity, and Commitment to industry excellence *Dedicated to delivering the highest quality care *Willingness to learn and multitask *First aid and CPR certified *Negative TB results and health screening approved by physician to work *Criminal record clearance *Valid driver’s license and good driving record *Ability to confirm to applicable laws, rules, and regulations *Completion of required certification programs and ongoing CEUs required by system

On-site Interpreter (Independent Contractor) Adhere to all Baystate Interpreters, Inc. policies related to information security and confidentiality including but not limited to HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.  Provide accurate on-site interpretation between English and designated target languages. Follow interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Baystate Interpreters, Inc. and respective clients. Follow all interpreter ethics standards, including those set by the IMIA (International Medical Interpreters Association), the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC), the American Translators Association (ATA), the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Uphold principles of confidentiality, accuracy, impartiality, professionalism, and cultural competence in every assignment. Establish and maintain positive, professional interactions with patients, customers, healthcare providers, and clinical staff.  Continuously improve specialized vocabulary and subject matter knowledge (e.g., medical, legal, social services) to meet client needs.  Demonstrate professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality throughout the interpretation process. Provide high-quality interpretation, ensuring no omissions or additions, while adhering to established industry standards.  Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and customer service while assisting clients during sensitive interactions. Strong communication skills and a composed demeanor in challenging situations. Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of per diem assignments. Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for accurate interpretation. Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Preferred: Completion of a 60-hour Medical Interpreter Training Course from a well-regarded institution.
