We are looking for a handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including: Painting and light carpentry Plumbing and electrical work Landscaping and gardening Cleaning and light janitorial work You will also be responsible for helping out with other day-to-day property management tasks, such as: Resolving Tenant issues, delinquency, etc Answering tenant questions Assisting with squatter situations Handling maintenance requests Preparing rental units for new tenants Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of experience as a handyman Must have deep knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must have strong communication and customer service skills Must be semi-technical, including the ability to use property management software, email, and ability to take videos/photos from phone Must have a car to drive from property to property Must have tools and experience Compensation: $20-25 per hour depending on experience Hours available are approx 5-10 hours a week Additional Information: We are a fast-growing property management company with a strong focus on customer service.
