What We’re Looking For * Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
